Fed up with high fees, poor services? Our property management fees are unbeatable, but more importantly we do
not compromise on service and reliability of our lettings expertise.
By embracing technology we are able to keep our fees to a minimum, other agencies incur high admin
costs to re-type dictor tape inventories, typing up
letters, posting letters. We utilise technology to it's fullest:

- Only 7.5% management fee for 'e-Landlords', 10% for Landlords with no internet access
- Only 5% for rent only collection service
We charge 7.5% as a management fee - half of some agencies! (for those landlords who can also
embrace technology, with access to email and the internet) and 10% for those who
cannot. We do NOT charge you a SETUP fee, we are not aware of any other agent who does not
charge between £250 to one months rent as a setup fee! We ONLY charge our management
fee against rents received. This does not mean we compromise on service, these unbelievable
prices are for our FULL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE !
For those landlords with internet access, you can become one of our 'e-Landlords'.
Like online e-banking, or e-commerce, these firms are able to keep their costs low by utilising
technology to it's fullest, we embrace this same approach, and for those landlords who
can utilise the internet can share in these savings.
'e-Landlords' simply means we send you all correspondence
(invoices, remittance slips, statements, reports, agreements etc) via the web and email as opposed to the post. Much like
online banks send you your statements online.
Through our unique extranet system you have immediate, 24x7 access to every detail of the management of your
property from anywhere you have internet access.
